Le Groupe de Travail Inter-organisations sur la Santé Reproductive lors des Crises (IAWG) sera l’hôte
de sa réunion annuelle à Santo Domingo, République Dominicaine du 24 au 26 mai 2010.

Introduction
Buts de la Douzième Réunion Annuelle du IAWG
- Passer en revue le progrès vers la consécution des buts et les étapes à
suivre soulignés dans les Termes de Référence suite à la réunion du IAWG
qui a eu lieu au Caire en 2008.
- Partager les idées; identifier les domaines clés de travail en commun.
Faire des projets pour les nouvelles étapes et les domaines de
coordination et collaboration pour l’année 2010-2011.
- Etablir un forum régional du IAWG pour la région d’Amérique Latine et des Caraïbes (LAC)
qui servira à partager les informations et les acquis des projets de la région
et pour permettre des relations synergiques pour diminuer la duplication des efforts et pour répondre
aux besoins non-satisfaits.
La réunion rassemblera des individus qui sont dévoués à améliorer les résultats
de la Santé reproductive chez les personnes touchées par des conflits ou des
désastres naturels. Nous encourageons les organisations qui travaillent dans le
domaine de santé reproductive ou en situations de crise à participer, nouveaux
membres du IAWG inclus.
Pendant la réunion, les participants formeront de petits groupes de travail
pour identifier les besoins non-satisfaits ainsi que des solutions pour le
sujet en question, et pour déterminer les activités prioritaires pour l’année
2010-11. Vous pourrez choisir votre groupe de travail préféré lors de
l’inscription. Le nombre de participants de chaque groupe de travail est limité
pour assurer une participation équilibrée parmi les sujets divers. Par
conséquent, si le groupe que vous avez choisi n’est pas disponible, c’est parce
que la limite a été atteinte.

Exigences
Nous demandons à toutes les organisations de préparer un document d’une
page A4 (une face) sur leurs activités courantes ou projetées sur le sujet de santé
reproductive en situations de crise, pour distribuer à la réunion annuelle. Veuillez coordonner avec vos collegues de votre agence si vous savez qu'il y aura plusieurs membres de votre personnel à la réunion. Veuillez soumettre votre document à Chelsea Cooper à ChelseaC@archq.org avant le 30 avril 2010.
Nous encourageons tous les participants à compléter le module du MISP (Minimum
Initial Service Package) avant la réunion du IAWG. Le MISP pour la santé
reproductive est une série d’activités prioritaires qui doivent être mises en œuvre
au début de chaque situation d’urgence. Le module a pour but d’augmenter le degré
de connaissances en matière humanitaire quant aux services de santé
reproductive. Il faut près de 3-4 heures pour compléter le module, et un
résultat de 80% au minimum sur le post-test est nécessaire pour recevoir la
certification du module MISP. Vous pourrez trouver le module et le post-test ici.
